Contract Obligations

Q: Is there a no lock-in contract option?
 

Yes, we do not have a lock in period.

 

Q: How long is a minimum contract period?


No Minimum Contract. You can basically cancel anytime.

 

Q: How much notice do we need to give to cancel a contract?


2 weeks prior to the cancellation

 

Q: How much notice does the staff member need to give if resigning?


After employees provide their notice of resignation, they have to render 30 Days for endorsements before they can leave the company.

What is the onboarding and training process?

Onboarding Process
 

After we have gathered your Tasks that you need assistance with, together with your start date and schedule of your assistant, We will then request our Business Team to send you the Agreement which states the charge and tasks we will be assisting you on. After the Document has been processed, we will then forward you to your On-Boarding Specialist who will train with you and create a Task Map and you can then start the process of delegating the tasks (Training Period).

 

After the Training Period, we will then endorse all the tasks over to your selected Virtual Assistant and train with your On-Boarding Specialist, and will assist until your VA is up to speed.

 

Q: How long does onboarding and training a new staff member take?
 

Usually, it only takes 2-3 Days as our Onboarding Specialist is already equipped with how the process works. In any case, the Tasks are complex, we can extend to 5 Days of Training

 

How is performance managed?

We have a Workforce Supervisor on Site as well as an Accounts Supervisor to Gauge their productivity and make sure tasks are being processed effectively and efficiently.

 

Q: Where does the staff member work from an office or their home?


We are an office-based company and we require our Vas to come in the office and work here for a professional setting.

Q: How is productivity monitored?


We use Time Doctor which an application that tracks the activity of our VAs and their supervisors check on them as well.

Q: Do we get a report on the staff members' productivity? 
 

Our VAs is required to send an End of Day Report detailing all of the tasks that were completed on a Daily Basis. They are also required to send you an email at the start of their shift to let you know they are already logged in and will start on their daily tasks.

Q: Who supervises the staff member day to day?


We have our WorkForce Supervisors and our Production Manager that stays on the Production Floor to oversee all of our Assistants.

Sick days and days off?

We require our Team Members to send a two-week notice before their leave date.

 

Q: How are we notified if the staff member is sick?


We will send you an email to let you know that your VA will be out for the day and the reason and if there will be no response, we will call you to let you know.

Q: Is there a replacement staff member for sick days?


Yes, we follow the fill-in process where someone is trained to do the task as backup. That is the reason why we have an On-Boarding Specialist for easier transition and training of tasks.

How is our IP kept private and safe?

Q: How are our logins, software, and confidential information kept private and safe?


We have a dedicated IT department to ensure that your data is kept safe through a business-level VPN. The only people that have access to your Logins will be your VA and On-Boarding Specialist as we keep everything confidential. Our Team Members also signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement with our Company so there has never been a breach of any information of this matter.

Q: What happens if confidential information or IP is misused or disclosed to a third party?


If this happens, the consequences will lead to termination of employment and worse would be a civil lawsuit. Our Employees Signed a Comprehensive Non-Disclosure Agreement which was discussed to them thoroughly.

Q: Would the staff member be working for other businesses at the same time?


If the client hires a Virtual Assistant from us, The Assistant will only be working for that said client. If the client prefers a part time schedule, we can assign another client to that assistant which is off-hours of the client to fill in their 8 hours daily schedule.
